Robin is a critically acclaimed playwright and commissioned book writer and lyricist whose work has been produced in New York, abroad and across the U.S., including Actors Theatre of Louisville where several of her short plays have been finalists for the Heideman Award. Her writing is also featured in “Best of” collections published by Samuel French, Inc., Heinemann, and Smith & Kraus, and has also been translated to Chinese as part of the Anthology of Contemporary American Short Plays, Volume II published by Foreign Language Teaching And Research Press. In addition to writing for the stage, Robin has also been a contributing reviewer for Time Out New York since 2010 as part of the magazine’s FringeNYC reviewing squad. Other producing credits include the award-winning When Last We Flew by Harrison David Rivers and The Average-Sized Mermaid by Jessica Fleitman, both at FringeNYC. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Inc. and Actors’ Equity Association, Chair of the Arts & Institutions Committee for Community Board 2, Manhattan, and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
